When you make an appointment at our office you will get to meet with an attorney.

Through a comprehensive financial evaluation you and the attorney will develop a financial plan that is personalized to meet your individual needs.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment
The more information you provide the better we may assist you, however, you are not required to bring any documents to your first appointment. We will provide you with a checklist at the end of your consultation with any additional items you may need to provide.

New Client Questionaire & Bankruptcy Notices
When you come in our office for your first appointment we ask that you take a few minutes to answer a general questionaire. Also included are three notices that we are required by the Bankrupcty Code to provide. For our records your signature is required on each. Please feel free to fill out the questionaire and notices ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment.

List of Approved Credit Counseling Agencies
Prior to filing a bankruptcy case you must complete a pre-bankruptcy credit counseling course. You may complete the counseling at home or at our office. The cost varies by provider. Upon completion you will be given a certificate that must be filed with your case.
